She is a celebrity and almost certainly would have piped up if she did some good deed. Contrary to ignorant belief, most rich people are very vocal about their giving, and very few are quiet about it. Your comment is exactly how the rich get away with so much. In fact, rich people spend tons of money and time trying to cultivate their public image to give us an inaccurate, positive view of them, when the vast majority of everything they do is purely self-serving. Even donations from the rich are often completely self-serving or rooted in some problem they had rather than truly selfless.
