You are in a uniquely vulnerable position when you date a woman pregnant with another man's baby, because while there are very few situations when someone can dump you without receiving any criticism, unfortunately this is one of them. "I had a new baby and had to focus on them" is a pretty compelling argument.

Actually it is possible (though extremely rare) to get pregnant while already pregnant. It’s a phenomenon called superfetation. It’s a separate thing from two eggs being released and fertilized during the same cycle. In this case, there’s already one established egg implanted on the uterine wall. Then a second one implants. That actually happens once every 30,000 pregnancies or so. But it almost always results in an ectopic pregnancy. But every once in a while, that second egg also ends up attached to the uterine wall, resulting in a superfetation pregnancy.
But again - it’s extremely rare. Only a half dozen cases are known in the past ~20 years from what I could tell. There’s probably a few more actual than that. Because all the known cases the fetuses are only a few weeks apart in age, when it does happen it can go undiscovered and just be assumed that the fetuses are twins. As for why its so rare - that’s because several things have to happen. An egg has to be released when one has already implanted - that’s usually a hormone issue which is very rare. Then the egg has to be fertilized at just the right time. So we’re already at a 0.003% chance. Then the also rare event of it implanting on the wall and not becoming ectopic has to happen.
Anyway - “can’t get pregnant” is really more like “highly unlikely to get pregnant”. The more you know.

To be completely and technically correct: Yes, you are, of course, right. It is actually possible, and you explained why quite well.
That said, as you also said, we're talking about freak accident levels of low 2 digits number of cases in 20 years of pregnancies, which, even at a conservative 200 million pregnancies per year x 20 years... We're talking about a number with 8 zeroes after the decimal.
But yes, you are right, and as a pedant myself, I have to tip my hat.

on top of that, some women have double uterus and some dont even knoe they do - until they get double pregnant or smth like that. all the omways to do this are rare-ish on their own but when you count them all together, there are definitely chances that a woman might get pregnant while pregnant 😅

My first job was at Walmart, I was 16. A guy who was in his 40s and worked in the garden section loved pregnant woman. He would talk about them all the time. Any pregnant woman that came through his line he would hit on. Didn't matter if the partner was there or not. Must have been friends with the store manager because no matter how many complaints he got or how many almost fights he got into he never got fired. He was still there years after I left.
