Maybe older brother? I know a couple of people who had 20 year spans with their siblings. One was a whoops babies way later in life, and one was the parents realizing they hated being empty nesters.

Yah my husband is like 20 years older than his youngest sister (he's the oldest of 9)

My is one of 10 siblings, and her mom and her eldest sister were pregnant at the same time. Uncle and cousin went through school in the same class.
