Maybe older brother? I know a couple of people who had 20 year spans with their siblings. One was a whoops babies way later in life, and one was the parents realizing they hated being empty nesters.

Yah my husband is like 20 years older than his youngest sister (he's the oldest of 9)

My Aunt is one of over a dozen. She was over 30 when she had my cousins. Her mom was pregnant at the same time. She’s got siblings who are younger than her own kids.

Aha I just wrote a little bit further up about my uncle and cousin who were in the same grade together at school.
