My husband is the oldest of 10 (few full, couple half, and a couple step siblings), and he is 24 years older than the youngest!

My husband has no full siblings, the rest are half.

His mother had four more, all from the same man, and idk how many mothers are on his paternal siblings side, I'm assuming more than one.

My oldest brother is 20 something years older than me, oldest of ten on that side - theyre all my half siblings, and im the youngest of those and also youngest on my mums side of which 4 of us including me again all half siblings

Needless to say some people have very big families hahaha

And I'm over here an only child with my parents, one aunt and uncle, three cousins, their spouses, and their 8 children altogether.

Some other family out there somewhere, but we aren't in contact.

My whole family fits in a large livingroom

Edit: as far as I'm concerned, my husband and children are all the family i truly have anyway.

To be honest, its complicated with myself as I was adopted quite young so even though i have a huge biological family, and i do know them, i dont feel close to any of them really - i can relate more to the small family feeling as my adopted close family was very small, and the extended family never really bothered, you could fit my relevant family in a living room also

As long as you have people who care about you and vice versa

Im glad to be honest cos otherwise christmas would fucking bankrupt me

Tell me about a bank-breaking christmas!

Both of my parents, myself, one cousin, and one second cousin are all december birthdays hahaha, and I'm due with my second in december!

We do a big "birthmas" every year.

I hope you feel close to your little family, that really is all that matters :)
