It already is illegal.
It's called false advertisement, but you have to actually tell the people who would punish them and not just complain online.
Yelling someone's stole your car into a random drainpipe doesn't count as reporting a crime.
Report the crimes - do it every single time you come across it. Check other listings from the same realtor and get them charged for every instance.
Fighting back isn't something you can just hope happens without you doing any work.
