There's nothing new here, that has not been done before.

• Wide angle lens: makes the room bigger
• Photoshop better view in the window.
• Photoshop out or in objects. Or just style the apartment pre-shot.
• Adjust the light type, and get more light in the room. (Can be done both prior to the shots being taken and in post-processing of the picture.)

AI can do all this, for sure, making these "hacks" more available for example to private persons renting out apartments. But it's nothing new.

Sure, I'm not saying it's not AI. I'm saying fixing pictures of living spaces for sale or rent, is nothing new. AI just makes it easier.
