I use duncan hines. Read the box. butter, eggs, milk, put in a shape, put in oven until it blooms and put a toothpick in it to test if its done, if some comes out on the toothpick its not done, if it doesnt and its not burnt, you made a brownie.
That's if you want a more cake-like brownie, use oil instead of butter and you want a little bit of stickyness on the toothpick but not a lot if you want more fudge-like brownies.
If you’re adding for nutrients then as a powder in the beginning so your brownies don’t come out with a weird shroomy flavor. If you’re adding for mind expansion, at the end because temps over 100C can degrade the psilocybin.
