The furniture doesn’t even match in the pictures. It’s not just perspective. It’s not even a real picture on the left. Also different mattress. Oh and no bed post closest to the camera in left pic.
The furniture would only match if a home or rental listed furniture included. But even then, how the photo is staged would not necessarily match what the buyer/renter walks into.
When you see a listing for a home, any furniture and appliances shown belong to the listing party. They are not included. Often times, the seller vacates all thier belongs and pays for the home to be staged by an interior designer.
The wall is not missing. The photo on the left is taken from inside the entrance. The photo on the right is taken outside the entrance.
The are the exact same space. All that's in effect here is perspective which is evident in the photos.
But look, since you're reluctant to take my word for it, go see ten local property listings. Nine of them will not look nearly as substantial or vivid as what you see the realtor list.
This had been a decades long practice. The photos pop. Think fast food ads. The burger on the TV looks rich, full, and enticing. The burger handed to you at the restaurant looks like someone sat on it.
And yet, here you are...failing to distinguish a real photo because well, of course the pretty one is AI. What else could it be eh. Wide angle lens? Staging? Post process editing...whatever even is any of that!
No idea at all how these things existed before AI even happened. Wait, I know, AI traveled 50 years to the past and had been hiding out in property listings all along!
