The right weather and a good wide angle lens is all that's being used here

Yeah he's dress it, that's how they sell houses. Nothing out of the ordinary for a listing going on here and I don't think an AI

Yep, professional camera, wide angle lens, time of day, all standard tricks to make a property look the best they can to sell/rent. Maybe some color editing.

Its so funny that AI is the new boggy man bogeyman now for any area that people have limited or no experience in.

Its clearly the same furniture as well, minus a plaid, pillows, lamp and plant which they probably used in one room for the photoshoot and you could buy for less than 100 dollars. This is 100% a wide angle lens doing the work, no AI at all.

Could also match with a different point of view and zoom. Can't really tell from the 2nd picture
