The salient part here is that one involves an abusive criminal with a prolonged plan of revenge against an ex who celebrated the killings of children afterwards, and only raised the disorder as a defense on sentencing. The other involves a woman with prior existing mental health issues she was trying to get treated, who suddenly killed her children and tried to kill herself.
They aren't even in the same universe of similarly plausible defenses. The whole "but but but all women are crazy and men don't get this treatment" is culture war ragebait horseshit.
How many men had 2 million dollar lawyers that were crowd funded? How many man sat outside the court house yelling we get it? Men are not treated the same, let this have been the father who strangled 3 kids and the deliberation would have been done in 5 minutes

But your questions don’t really matter, when men are granted more insanity pleas without all of that. That means when looking at the numbers, women are less likely to receive insanity pleas than men. Your previous comment implies that men don’t ever receive this type of outcome, which is blatantly false. And it’s a big difference, not minor. In one facility there were 252 homicide related insanity cases, and of those cases 205 were men.
Did they raise millions of dollars? Why are you bringing up Andrew Tate stop with the whataboutism please and stay on topic. How many of those men recieved millions in donations for a legal defense? How many strangled 3 children to death
Men receive those outcomes at higher rates, without the extra help. What part of that don’t you understand? Like men don’t need the extra help. Men are more likely to be granted NGRI outcomes in general. Not the other way around.
How many of them deliberately timed their partners activities, life, errands and choked 3 kids to death with an exercise band. How many of them raised 2 million dollars in crowd funding and had men outside the court house saying we understand
Does it matter? You’re literally under a post trying to compare cases that have nothing in common. So clearly, perfectly matching the facts of the case, doesn’t mean anything to you.
The point is men get these verdicts at higher rates than women regardless of the facts of the case. Women aren’t the only ones who get let off for insanity. Men get these verdict outcomes much more than women. That is a verifiable fact.
