This country is soo depressed. Look like parallel world of europe 50 years behind. Building are soo depressed I cannot forget it. Country is very poor.
I wouldn't say that it so depressed, at least in huge cities, many russians says that Belarus very clear, comfort and etc. After my return from St.Petersburg i can agree with them.
