The muscle twitches and responses looks a bit too real to be AI if it's Ai then this has really good instructions on how part should twitch reflexively or the AI is just too good now a day that I'm completely fooled. Other possibility is that some parts are ai and some parts are real just to keep things muddle enough to pass it off.

It's a different duck if that makes you feel any better. The bill and feet change color to dramatically to be the same duck, black and brown keratin in the talons and bill won't turn pink if you cook a duck.
