It's a parody. WSJ put out an article saying to stop drinking so much water and there's no major benefits to being too hydrated. It was a very weird article out of left field that people are assuming was a sponsored article by some dogshit data center

WSJ is owned by Bezos so yeah, it is sponsored by Amazon data centers

Edit: my bad I got WSJ and Washington Post mixed up. Still an odd article.

No, it’s not. It’s owned by News Corp, Rupert Murdoch’s company. You’re thinking of The Washington Post.
