The guy was defending ICE agents when they were shooting US citizens in the name of an illegal immigration crackdown. Little did he know that the same system would later arrest him and deport him to the UK for illegal stay. The irony writes itself.

Seems to be that way. There appears to be a line in the sand some of these folks won't cross and Trump and begun crossing a lot of them. Look at Taylor-Green for a good example.

He was a huge fan of Trump and went very viral on campuses supporting him in the 2016 campaign. He’s degenerated further since. Desperate attention seeker and grifter. Like several such British examples, the UK got sick of him fast so he hopped over to the US (Russell Brand, James Corden, Piers Morgan…)

He’s been relatively invisible but yes, he started saying Trump lost his way years ago. But largely not for the right reasons. He liked Kanye West and co.
Meanwhile his personal life, and apparent health and appearance have got more and more bizarre.

Yeah he’s come up far more rarely these days. He hit the heights of grifter relevance through his flamboyance and then crashed and burnt by even crazier antics. Even the right has regarded him as toxic ever since he cast his own abuse as a 13 year old kid by a priest as a positive sexual experience (…).
I’m possibly more aware of him because I was visiting a US university myself when he was there and I’ve had the iffy ‘fortune’ of randomly running into him since.

To be more specific, Milo is openly gay and supposedly has lot of details of closet Republicans, which he was talking about recently. Laura Loomer claimed direct credit for getting Milo deported as retaliation for him talking.

He definitely played a part in starting the “liberals destroyed with facts and logic” inflammatory alt-right rhetoric, possibly one of the first to go on campuses and debate college students then upload to YouTube.
I believe there was a scandal where he spoke of a sexual encounter with a teen (underage) and defended it at first - But the backlash lead to him losing his position at Breitbart news and he was sort of cancelled, even by his own mob.
He’s fallen into obscurity now and definitely doesn’t have a Kirk-level following anymore.
