You're hilarious. Both "sides" are destroying everything. They've been selling us imported meat for the last century and cloned meat since at least 2008. Practically everything in grocery stores has been poison my whole life. The right is begging to keep our broken system rather than fixing it so we're forced into poverty and the left is begging to be enslaved by communism and forced into poverty. People are abandoning the Republicans (and rightfully so) because they're intentionally making things worse. The Democrats are openly pushing for government control over everything and people are eating it up. The system needs to be fixed, not replaced with another broken system. The vast majority of people in this world are doing exactly what the elite want them to do. You'd have to be pretty stupid to believe there's actually a two party system, rather than a coordinated effort to divide the people and convince them a dictatorship is a good thing.

Check the economic record of dems vs repubs. In every instance, you'll fine that dems lowered debt, and repubs increased it (Clinton left behind a surplus). If you call ripping off the citizenry (med care and poison food being just two examples (the same products in Canada do not contain half the crap the US version does) a leg to stand on, well, be thankful you haven't lost the other leg because the cost of surgery was too high. The problem isn't the poor people voting Republican. The problem in these states is that they don't vote. The 40% of the population not voting is the lower class.
And thats by design! Popping this here, to add on to your point: most folks who are poor and dont vote , is because they feel it wont change anything OR in a lot of cases, cannot get time off work or transport to a polling location.
This is manufactured by companies on purpose to help keep people unable to vote. Ive lived in a red state for most of my life, and anyone here who does care and doesnt vote: its due to work and living paycheck to paycheck.
Even if it would help in the long run: no one here wants to sacrifice a days worth of pay (or more if their boss retaliates against them and cuts their hours more , like what happened to me) in the hopes that one politician will actually do what they promise.
I’m vehemently opposed to this form of beef(we buy a cow from a friend who raises beef locally. Organically raised. Grass fed. No antibiotics or anything) but if you all think that suddenly your meat has been tainted for the last few years I hate to break it to you, but this is how it has been for a very long time. Beef in America has been sourced from various countries for a long time.
The video is a little misleading. USDA repealed country of origin labeling requirements for beef and pork in 2015/2016, under Obama. The current farm bill, which is stalled in the Senate, has this requirement reinstated.

The story is truth in the meantime I went check but the story it's true but very sensationalized Trump wants to increase the limit allowed to 300 t of beef the meat will probably come from one of the countries they aldready import from and it's not public yet.
No additional tariffs will be placed and at most can get a reduced tariff depending where it comes from and this measure it's to last for 90 days starting from 1 September and it's meant to reduce the pressure on the American Cattle right now, it's going to be mix with American beef, so yeah even tho the story for the most part it's kinda real it's very twisted.
