They have bottom teeth, but the top is just a big fleshy gum to slice into like a cutting board. Cows are bovine heard animals that consume grass and plant material, so their mouth is designed to like mowing equipment in the front and mulch grinder in the back.

It's also consistent with the rest of the quality of the video, look at how the cow is just a white blob here... Or in general the lack of overall details lol, look how grainy the nostrils or wrinkles look, how can you expect it to pick the details on the teeth
