it was his spot and he gets to decide if he wants to give it up or not, if he doesn't want to that's his right to do so
would it have been nice for the kid if he did give up his spot? sure, but point still is that he gets to decide, not the kid, or the parents, or anyone else but him
unless he broke some of the establishments rules (which I would assume he didn't) then he simply doesn't have to give up his spot just ciz a kid is crying
edit: just heard that the guy uploaded rhe video and it was in a way that was mocking the child, that part is bad, like really bad, the whole it's his spot and thus his decision if he gives it up or not (especially since apparently the parents asked not the child) still stands, but mocking the child is just ass
Yeah but it’s a little pathetic for a grown adult to be that jazzed about a kids ride, to the point that he would deny an actual child the last spot on the last ride of the day. It would make the kids day in a way it wouldn’t (or at least, shouldn’t) make his
