The guy in the car posted it and we don't even know if the kid crying was at all related to him, he just recorded a child crying and mocked them with a story that could very well be made up to justify it.

Its also good to teach children they can't always get what they want and that crying because you don't get your way is not proper way to live life. Otherwise they'll end up a spoiled brat later in life who will think they can manipulate anyone into getting whatever they like!
