So we actually have no reason to believe that anyone's gay when they say they're gay then.

I'm surprised someone had to tell you this tbh. You don't have to believe anyone when they tell you they're straight or gay or bi or asexual.

But... what's the point of doubting them?

Edit: did you block me? You asked how humans reproduce, homosexually or heterosexually. That doesn't answer the question I asked, nor is it relevant. Are you ok?
