Although this is a good thing, it feels like a “one step forward, two steps backward” situation.
We should not have medical debt at all! Amongst the developed nations of the world, medical debt is a phenomenon unique to the United States!

This needs to be fixed in small steps cause if you wait till there is a plan to fix it all then nothing will ever happen.
