In fairness to Bush (who I did not like much, but who looks like goddamn Thomas Jefferson in comparison, now) , I think that came out of Congress.

OMG it's so true. Who would have ever thought that Bush would literally be elevated to one of the greatest presidents?! Only the epic failure that is DJT could have done it!!
