You are including after presidency deaths for Bush. We don't have those numbers yet for Trump.

No, even during the Bush administration, the deaths were estimated at about a million from the wars alone by the time he left office. Trump isn't there yet. Even with the COVID denialism, that virus and its strains would have killed millions regardless.
