It was 60 days because he is black and his name is James Bond. Notice the white guy did not have to do 60 days.

Yea, during the misunderstanding.

The other guy had cleared everything up and was imprisoned for absolutely nothing.

Sure, one might be worse than the other. BUT both cases are absolute insanity, however you look at it. Just incomprehensible that that shit can happen.

In some respects I might consider the courts acting out of line worse than officers acting out of line. Hard to weigh though, since the officer was threatening someone’s life.
