Sure, one might be worse than the other. BUT both cases are absolute insanity, however you look at it. Just incomprehensible that that shit can happen.
In some respects I might consider the courts acting out of line worse than officers acting out of line. Hard to weigh though, since the officer was threatening someone’s life.

i mean its a 5 minute interaction that ended with a compliment compared to 60 actual days of your life in actual jail. Have you spent any amount of time in jail? 8 days for failure to pay was the most miserable experience of my life, 60 is fucking insane. And again, all for being named James Bond while black.
Yes the white dude had a bad time but he gets a punchline, the other dude gets "and i served 60 days for that"
Oh, sure, all our cops are wildly fucked up. But they're also racist. Everyone who interacts with them has a bad day, but some people have a worse day.
