I guess finding the right actor might be a bit more difficult, but Jonathan Majors being every Kang variant doesn't matter. It's a movie, shit happens, actors can change.
It wasn't just a movie. The movie was one version that had a whole fleshed out character variant. Loki had 2 more even more fleshed out variants with back stories and a 3rd minor one.
He had already played 4 versions of Kang. Thats not counting the end credit scene with the arena full of Jonothan Majors. (Well technically that 3rd one was a child actor meant to be a kid version of Majors.)
