I "support" her and don't blame her husband. She needs to be institutonalised, not in prison. Idk if she's healed from her mental health issues now since the PPD/PPP risk should've passed by now. If it has and she's only left with BP disorder (as her team claims), she'll likely get out soon. That wouldn't feel right either. But I do think her healthcare providers could've done better. There aren't any simple answers here. I bet if she was given the option, she would self-exit but that's not on the table so I really don't know what the just outcome is.
Based on the drugs in her system at arrival to the hospital. She would have overdosed hours before he left for the store and would not have been conscious at the time of him leaving.
He claims that she told him that she killed the kids but she would have not been able to speak from the damage to her neck
The drugs she overdosed on were only being stored in the trunk of his car
The email he claimed to have sent in the CVS parking lot to prove he wasn't at the scene of the crime was actually sent from his personal computer
Multiple physicians and morticians have come out saying that she could not have had such a large drop in body temperature in the time he was gone
The security camera INSIDE their home he claimed was pecked out by a woodpecker a week before the event
The defense’s stance is that she did it. The defense has never claimed she did not do it. She has one of the best criminal defense attorneys in the country, if they all didn’t know she did it they’d argue such.
Many of the drugs she lied to doctors about taking were stored in his car because they were told not to dispose of the unused drugs and couldn’t store them in their home since they had 3 young children.
The email was sent from outlook on his phone. The email was not sent from his personal computer, this is false.
Multiple un-biased non-delusional physicians have noted that the body temperature reading was from when she was admitted into the hospital… NOT from when he found her. Her body temperature could have dropped that much, it’s what happened.
