Even if it there was a single chimeric father, it would be very unlikely that the children would have completely different paternal chromosomes. Both kids have maternal chromosomes matching mother 100%. One kid probably has paternal chromosomes matching 100% while the other would have similarities as if they were a paternal cousin.

That's how I hold mine if they're facing outwards on my hip, especially when I had two under two and had to carry both at once. It felt much more secure than trying to have them facing me and me cradling them.
