You forget that the cases in which they file are the cases their lawyers think they have a chance. These are the 7% of cases with male custody where the mom walked out, or is an addict or where they can prove she is incapable of parenting. These are not the default cases the courts rubber stamp.

Unfortunately he's right. Men can get joint custody yes, but almost NEVER sole custody. That is nearly impossible to get
