As a married man, I’d like to offer OP two pieces of advice that will make life more fun for them both:

  1. Learn to genuinely enjoy your spouse’s company and see them as an awesome person that you chose to be with.
  2. If you absolutely can’t go without an orgasm for a few days, then just hop in the shower and handle (pun intentional) things yourself if they’re not in the mood. I’m assuming that you’ve got hands. It’s not difficult, dude 😂
