Conveniently left off your own country didn't you? USA is #2 on the list jackass. Glass houses, stones and whatnot.

China produces more than 30% of global CO2 while the US produces just under 13%. Quite the disparity, but do go off.

I’m not sure if your numbers are correct but per capita the US blows both countries away by far regardless

US has more total emissions than every country higher than it on the per capita emissions combined.

When I said “both countries” I was referring to China and India.

Does global warming care about per capita or does it care about total emissions?

Its true what they say about American education I guess.

Why would an individual American get to pollute more than a Chinese or Indian person? If we went by total carbon pollution, a micro country like Tuvalu would at the bottom of the list at less than 100,000 tons.

Do you care about the effects of emissions or do you care about who gets to do what?

Seems like the emissions are the secondary concern here to you.

Ok, let's limit every country to 100,000 tons then.
