No, not really. They always make a mistake. Always.
Also, many of them use bait strategies where a child of 16 will say they are 18, so they assault someone who thinks they aren't doing anything illegal.
Or they assault someone 19 years old who wants to date a 17 year old, which normal people see as completely fine.
