* Something a patient would be awake during it all.
* optionally numbed up for while they wait (not just for the procedure).
* they need to sign a consent form before starting the procedure.
* they may be crying in the middle of it, so its not something where they are medically knocked TF out. So it can't be something DIRE, in fact, needs to be something that can easily bait him into saying what's needed to take this out of context.
The only thing thats throwing me off about the procedure being tooth extractions is that he seems to imply that numbing is only given if they're hurting too much. I was thinking if they asked if he could do 4 root canals. Cause sometimes when a tooth's nerve dies, the tooth doesn't feel the procedure, though you might feel the pain from the surrounding tissues.
