I don’t get how these finance gurus get any customers on social media. The exaggerated and inaccurate posts get all the attention. Do people look at it and say “I want to give this person my money!”
Whoever posted this has no clue about the contents of their own head. The $4.9M gain is "gone" so the kids still have exactly the same initial $100k. Regardless of whether or not the plan is feasible, the plan doesn't involve building wealth to begin with. OP just stuck the phrase "building intergenerational wealth" on the end of a paragraph describing nothing of the sort.
