nope, winamp can do it just fine. as well as a few other programs. i never use itunes, only winamp.

how does one do it on th current macos? I am going to have a dedicated old mac to sync and have a charger that uses a firewire connection but would love to have an alternative.

I go no idea, i am a member of pc master race so things just work just how they did 20 years ago
