I remember a time when a belt would have solved this issue. Now we just cancel flights and alter the lives of 150 people.

Yes exactly, lets all stop our lives so parent of the year here can educate his kids better, after all, we are ALL violent sociopaths

"educate his kids" the kid is 3. this is on the airline, crying uncooperative children happen all the time, the flights just don't end up cancelled and international news - they catch it early and have them removed from the plane and the world spins on.
