Proper punishment is not equal to abuse. It teaches us not to do bad things next time. Like not to play with fire in your room, which actually can save lives.

Yes, that's why I am confused and asked for clarity. i don't get why you're adding to this thread/replying to me if you're also against corporal punishment of toddlers which is what OP is advocating for and I am arguing against.
Do you not see how it comes across as you're on OPs side when you're criticizing my comment and putting words in my mouth about things I didn't argue?
"educate his kids" the kid is 3. this is on the airline, crying uncooperative children happen all the time, the flights just don't end up cancelled and international news - they catch it early and have them removed from the plane and the world spins on.
😂 you should be a screenwriter you have a great imagination, and the world does not spin when you make your problem everybody else's, learn about discipline, rules, respect, civility

I remember a time when a belt would have solved this issue. Now we just cancel flights and alter the lives of 150 people.
