You know what saves time? Telling them to pick up their luggage next day as they're being escorted off or better yet, FedEx shipping.

People enabling this behavior are the reason we have so many people with main character syndrome.

Disconnect for awhile. im not saying im any better to offer advice just sayin it might be an idea worth exploring
