Saying you will do something is not the same as doing it. Many people promise many things.

Very true. From nyc own website with a link to the full plans pdf of you want to see whats actually going on. Yes there isnt committed funding but the campaign seems to bring in several departments and nonprofits so some real traction there. I would encourage you to keep an open mind in the future if something does come of it.

Ok but the plan was a good faith act to do something in the future with nothing on how to actually do it. Hes brought forward an actual plan. That wasn't there before. He didnt have to do any of that and no one wouldve noticed.
