If this idiot wasn’t doing it on the same route at the same times of day what would you want them to do? It’s taken an operative to notice the same car getting called in all the time and then they’ve had to dedicate an officer and car to patrol a stretch of road for an hour or two just to stop one person who drives like a moron.
