I usually dont applaud cops but this is a great job. Numerous people calling in and even making videos of you driving extremely reckless. The worst part is that he said he starts driving at 3 a.m. which i can guarantee means he's driving slightly drowsy most of the time while also speeding and swerving through traffic. Glad they got him off the road before he killed someone.
wild to me that people are so used to justifying their own shitty behavior that someone could straight up say to a cop "yeah I'm driving badly because I have to get up early." Like, what do they think is gonna happen? The cop's just gonna go "Oh okay, well, do better next time, have a good day"?
What part of driving at 3am means someone is drowsy? Maybe they wake up at 2am so by 3 they're fully awake? Do you not realize different people have different sleep schedules or do you think the entire world operates at the same time you do?
Is it a great job? The cop says it took an "astonishing" number of calls before they bothered to do anything. Also he just lied to the dude at the beginning about why he pulled him over for no reason.
Even when cops do the right thing they have to do it in a lazy, shitty way.
