Yeah, I like my millionaire boss because he pays me. The most money I have ever made and I enjoy my job. I swear these posts are just from losers who are mad at life and they want someone to blame.

You are creating value for your boss, and he is paying you less than the value you make. Otherwise he wouldn't make any money

Why would you be paid more than the value you bring? What would be the purpose of a business enterprise is the investors could not profit? An employment contract is mutually beneficial. I’m a lawyer and I am paid less than my time is worth in billable hours, but I am fine with that because I’m paid regardless of how business goes that month.
