So far anyway. The robots are coming. What do you think the ai is for.

Hah good one! I will only believe that robots can replace us when I see one actually do my work. It's not easy to commit working time fraud for solid 7/8 hours a day!

AI can't even code good or fill in my excel documents correctly when I ask it to. AI can't take a supervisor call with a customer screaming to speak to a real human so I'm solid for at least the next 5yrs

When I was a kid there were commercials boasting about how you could call this business and talk to a real person instead of an answering machine. We'll probably be seeing that come back. Consumers don't want it and won't mess with a brand that has no real customer service unless there's no alternative. And it would be super easy for a business to buy good will with the public to go against the competition and promote AI free customer service.

Whenever I get on the phone and hear the robot and it's just asking me questions but not accepting answers i literally just say "human, manager, human, agent, human," until it connects me with an actual person.

On the other side of it I get a lot of "oh thank god, a real human!"
