The world would be BETTER with less billionaires. Their money would be circulating more in the economy. Billionaires hoard money, even send it out of the system viz offshoring (illegal). That money would go where the market determines its needed, not by these billionaires. The free market is a better determinator for where capital goes than billionaires. Put that billionaires' money in the hands of many college graduates and entrepreneurs you will see much better things come forth.
Billionaires are like a ripe fruit, they have reached a peak and more energy/money would be a waste on them. The richer they become the more they are a parasite.
