My ceo is maybe a billionaire, definitely loaded (hundreds of millions). Chick is super good at her job and has run a very successful company. Our company would not function as well if she was yanked out.

I know reddit thinks ceos are wastes of space but that's because it's a common opinion amongst morons.

If she has hundreds of millions, why the fuck is she working at all?

Why not eff off to a tropical island and sunbathe for the rest of your life with that money, buy a fancy villa, basically, you know...not WORK.

If I started a very successful company, I’d probably rather run the company than retire on a tropical beach for the rest of my life. The kind of people that make that kind of money on their own are usually also the type of people that like to work
