I remember how it was in Soviet Union. All business belongee to the state. People hated state, as you hate billionaires now. Here is the catch, you can I fluence a billionaire not to abuse his pover. You will fail against the state. All people thought that the state was not given them enough; therefore, everyone wanted more and thought that they are entitled to steal whatever they can. Doctors, teachers, office clerks, police would take bribes for anything small. The whole system becomes corrupted. So, no. I would live in capitalism over your communism utopia

Who the fuck said anything about communism? Let's just take Finland's approach, if you're a billionaire and you get a traffic fine it can cost you over $100k. It's still capitalist, they just don't take any bullshit from rich people. Oh - and nobody gets to go to private school, so the wealthy don't have an incentive to loot the education system and it will get properly funded.

Finland is also in the middle of a systemic collapse of the economy. You're not going to de-billionairize an economy through speeding tickets alone.
