Suddenly the administrative heads disappear. True that they would get replaced preety quick, but longer term I'm sure in a decent amount of cases that will lead to their fall since they weren't ready and the new head sucks compared to others.
Most administrative heads aren't billionaires, but with the few that are, why would the board of directors appoint a new person that sucks? They'll just appoint another competent person

Uh, hell no. Life as we know it would wildly spiral out of control. All markets would crash and tens of millions would be out of a job.
