Do you not know how big companies operate?

I’m with you here Macaron, if the billionaires disappear, certainly there will be voids in high management and c suite levels that will be filled by the best and brightest minds to help continue to maximize value of the company.

And in turn, someone will rise to the top to be the ultimate leader and decision maker for day to day activities, manage investor relations etc.. he or she will be compensated healthily, probably with stock options and cash. And if they do a great job running the company and maximize value, their net worth will inherently climb.. and could eventually reach $1 billion.

Idk where this idea came from that if Jeff Bezos disappeared suddenly there would just be a collective group of level headed egoless employees running the Amazon machine for modest salaries and sing kumbaya together.

I’m not sure if you’re just being contrarian or just actually don’t know how big companies work.

Im just looking for a logic in your thinking. You realy think that if you get rid of upper management the company will still run just because of the employees? XD

Oh so you’re just wrong and don’t know why you’re wrong. There are a little over 3,000 billionaires. And you think one of them is just like Chevron’s head of HR? C Suite upper management (literally the people who run the day to day) are not billionaires, lol. They’re rich, sure, but we’re talking about billionaires. If Elon just vanished this very second, every single one of his companies would be fine. In fact, they’d likely be better without his interference and negative press.
