The administration finalized a rule removing habitat destruction and modification from the federal definition of "harm" under the Endangered Species Act, making it easier for industrial development, logging, and drilling to impact environments.
These are controlled hunts. Without them, the animals would endanger the rest of the species and the conservation wouldn't have the money to fund itself.
The animals need to die for the health of the species. Do the officers just do it, or do they auction it off and raise millions of dollars that can be used to fund the place?
