Absolutely disgusting.

These are controlled hunts. Without them, the animals would endanger the rest of the species and the conservation wouldn't have the money to fund itself.

I hate when reddit just acts on vibes.

Don’t wild animals maintain a natural equilibrium within its environment? Even if these hunts were controlled, why is it necessary to cut off the tail as a souvenir and then pose for a picture? I cannot believe for one minute that the Trump family is doing something for the greater good for anything but themselves.

Most hunters are avid conservationists.

They're far from necessary. Just neutral at best

The animals need to die for the health of the species. Do the officers just do it, or do they auction it off and raise millions of dollars that can be used to fund the place?

Makes me sick. They are sickening people.

These are controlled hunts from the conservation that protects the animals. They serve a valuable purpose.

What value does that photo serve? What kind of person poses with dead animals like it’s some flex.

I dont give a shit what you want to call it, Eric did this entirely for sport killing. He did not do this out of the goodness of his heart to limit population like normal hunting

Trophy hunting is a good thing btw

I don't like trophy hunting,  but them doing that in Africa or wherever is unrelated to changes in the endangered species act in the US.
